Your emails will receive a response within no more than two working days.

Return 

You can request a return for any item purchased on MC2 Saint Barth Online Store within 14 days of the delivery date.
The items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached within 14 days from the receipt of the authorization label. We kindly confirm to you that, in order to proceed with the return you have to follow the steps available at the return authorization page. Please be informed that we are only able to process a refund. The shipping costs will be at your expense (EU countries €10, Italy €5).

For orders placed outside the European Union, it is not possible to return or exchange the items, according to art. 59 of d. lgs. 206 06.09.2005 and ss. mm. e ii. (cd. "Codice del Consumo").

Gift packaging is not returnable and refundable.

Dos and don'ts

 Things to do to return an item:

  • Visit our return authorisation section in order to request the return, on our website.
  • Print the return authorization label and the prepaid label. 
  • Ship the product in its original conditions in our box. Should you not be able to use the box received, you can return the item/s in the smallest box.
  • Separate returns of the same order are not acceptable.
  • Return the item with its hangtag otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • MC2 Saint Barth will refund the amount of the order except for shipment costs.
  • In the event that the conditions here above are not followed, or returned item are not in its original condition or damaged, MC2 Saint Barth will not process the refund. In that case, you can decide to receive back the item at your own expenses. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the order again.

Refund 

The refund is issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase within 14 days from the day that we receive your return to our distribution center. The time needed to show the amount on your credit card may vary based on local banking procedures.

  • Credit card: time depends on the Credit Issuer. As soon as the refund will be issued, we will send you a confirmation email. In case of imminent expiration of the credit card, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the coordinates sent by the customer. MC2 Saint Barth is not responsible for the failure to notify the expiry of the credit card and the refunds made on the expired cards.
  • Paypal: the refund will be issued directly to your Paypal account, you will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been requested.
