Shipping
Italian deliveries are made by DHL, AMAZON SHIPPING, POSTE ITALIANE, SDA. Worldwide deliveries are made by FedEx. In case of strikes or other events, MC2 Saint Barth may ship through other couriers.
Where we ship
We ship Worldwide except to Russian Federation. For orders made in Italy it is only possible to ship inside the Italian country. For the orders made in the European Union (Italy excluded) and in the Extra-Cee countries it is possible to select one of the countries of the covered geographical area as place of destination.
Delivery time
MC2 Saint Barth delivers in Italy and in the European Union within 1-3 working days (Saturday deliveries are not available). Islands, underserved locations, and remote areas may require delivery within three to five working days.
According to the destination's place and the customs, delivery time could vary between 1 and 5 working days in Extra-Cee Countries. We would like to remind you that Extra-Cee orders cannot be returned or changed. Visit our website's section "RETURNS" for more information about returns.
You may experience delays in shipping during the Black Friday sale period.
Customs duties
Taxes and duties will not be displayed on the cart page for orders to Extra-EU and Brexit countries. The courier will contact you in order to proceed with the payment and dispatch the parcel.
Tracking order
You can check the status of your shipment on the wall of your Registration’s Account. After the processing of your payment’s order the status is “Complete” and you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t receive the email try to check also the “spam” box or contact our Customer Service.
Shipping address
In order to guarantee the proper delivery times, we ask you to fill all the blanked spaces required for the shipping address. We ask you to insert the name of the company, offices or public activities and their opening hours when it is not a home delivery. MC2 Saint Barth is not liable for any mistake or missing information in the customer address. Damaged or tampered packaging
MC2 Saint Barth is not responsable for any delay or damage of the products. If you receive a damaged or tampered packaging, we ask you to refuse the delivery or, eventually, to sign the monitoring reservation. It is warmly recommended to take a picture of the packaging, after and before opening it. If your products are damaged, please contact the courier DHL, AMAZON SHIPPING, POSTE ITALIANE, SDA (for shipping in Italy) and the courier FEDEX (for Europe and Worldwide) to the local number.

Other information
In case of delivery refusal, or in case of impossibility to deliver the shipment for reasons not attributable to MC2 Saint Barth, shipping costs for the delivery and the re-entry of the goods and custom duties will be deducted from the refund. FedEx/DHL provides a second attempt for deliveries in case of absence of the recipient. After that, your order will be stocked at the closest warehouse. Stock costs may be charged to the client, if the delivery cannot be finalized for any issue related to the client.
