Wen wir suchen
The successful candidate will join the Retail team, with the goal of supporting stores in managing and resolving day-to-day technical issues.
Reporting directly to the Retail IT Manager, the candidate will provide first-level technical support to stores, ensuring business continuity and timely assistance with the systems, devices, and applications used in-store.

Hauptaufgaben
- Provide remote technical support to stores for both hardware and software issues
- Manage support tickets and monitor their resolution
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT devices, including POS systems, PCs, fiscal printers, and network equipment
- Collaborate with the IT team on the implementation of new systems and software updates
Anforderungen
- High school diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong passion for the IT world
- Good knowledge of major operating systems
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented approach
- Previous, even brief, experience in an IT support role
- Familiarity with retail environments, store operations, and dedicated retail software such as CEGID Y2, Live Store, and Retail ONE
